I have purchased three 3458A's off of Ebay,  all in perfect operating condition and with the long since redundant Option 2 (pre-aged reference),  none were over $2500.

The used ones on theBay that are more than ten years old and have options
ask anywhere from $6,500 to $7,500.  Without options, asking is from about
$5,000 to $6,000.
