We ordered windows from Wynne and were satisfied with the quality and also with customer service. We had an issue with the splines on the screens popping out, and were able to send them back for repair and replacement at no cost. One thing to watch for is shipping. I would suggest you get a definite price ahead of time for shipping. On ours, they estimated the shipping weight and the carrier (I don't recall which one) decided to "re-weigh", costing us substantially more for delivery.
