If you go to the passagemaker web site and look at the deck

photos there is a picture of a windless with two chain gypsies and a
capstan. I've been looking for one like this to put on my boat. Does
anyone know who makes it?

G'day Randal, I can't seem to get the URL to work...."bandwidth exceeded".

We have a windlass as you describe from Lofrans. Its one of their Titan 3500
lb 24 volt varieties. www.imtra.com is the importer of this brand.
Maxwell also makes a similar one but I don't have the web site handy. Maybe
www.maxwell.com ??

Cheers

The site was down for a while. The motor enclosure on the windlass is
identical to my Lofrans. My unit was made in Italy, but most of the
electrical controls came from New Zealand via Imtra. Maxwell may use the
same housing.
