programming at this site.  It is located in Graham, which is in east
Pierce County, just east of JBLM.

property, owned by Forterra, consists of 100 acres including six habitat
zones, an observation tower, and newly-built boardwalk. The caretaker
cottage is approximately 750 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and one bath, as
well as a detached garage and spacious garden. The rental agreement
includes some maintenance duties, typically fewer than 15 hours/month. Rent
