Fellow attorneys: One member of the Town Board of Carlton Landing wishes to have the Town send out Requests for Proposals, analyze information returned, interview, and retain several architects to have on staff should we have a need for an Architect. I do not believe that we have to advertise or take bids for professionals, including architects... correct? And... Although I see nothing wrong with having analyzed several architectural firms and approving them should the need arise, I believe this is not the normal procedure.Thoughts? Thanks so much.
