On this call, Katie Leininger, Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pearland, Texas, will lead an open discussion of ideas for training and methods to shift individual employees' perspectives to improve outcomes in internal and external interactions with minority and LGBTQ+ individuals. One goal for the call is sharing ideas for how to facilitate a workplace environment where employees with wildly different perspectives on all kinds of topics can peacefully coexist.
