The Village (where I'm prosecutor) ordinance with 3 subsections (separate defined offenses), but the wording for those 3 subsections is identical to the wording in 47 O.S. 11-901(A), 11-901b and 11-901d(A). 11-901b is the State law version of devoting full time and attention and limits when a citation can be issued.
