Hi Ganesh, I don't think there's currently a good way to do this. Within a tenant, permissions are defined for each record type, and there's only one type for cataloging records. One possibility would be to define a new record type, and then use the existing cataloging record for objects one collection, and the new record type for objects in the other. This is pretty risky, as I don't think anyone has tried to create a new kind of cataloging record, and I suspect you'd run into areas where CollectionSpace assumes that there is only one.
