I was in a boat fishing with 4 or 5 guys a number of years back when a FL fish and game officer pulled up and asked to see the fishing license of only those holding a fishing rod. Oh, and they also have a few un-marked boats in our area. So just because you don't see the official markings on a nearby vessel doesn't mean they aren't watching.....
