All, Thanks again for a very productive meeting. I truly appreciate not only the attendance but the volunteerism and engagement in discussions. I appreciate the vote of confidence with my reelection as president.  Matt Speedy and Aaron Bennett were great contributors this past year and I want everyone to know that they both went above and beyond behind the scenes for this club. Aaron's dedication to detail and his commitment to the club was apparent when he logged in to update the website on his honeymoon to make sure that training and the auction info was done on time. Speedy sat with me for several hours over 2 nights pouring over the books to get our 501c3 docs together and many hours after creating the files. I would also like give a very special thanks to Doc Steve for all the work he has done and donations to the club over the years. This team would not be where it is today without him. He and I single-handedly ran this team fro several years behind the scenes. I'll try to make this painless, Thank you for appointing me with publicity position for the club. I will do my very best to serve the club in creating more exposure and awareness about the Harlequin culture. With that said, Id like to get right to work with an open forum. For those unfamiliar with publicity and public relations, it's basically any efforts in creating a positive image of the club (in the eyes of the public). Examples of these include fundraising, volunteering, youth rugby leadership, advertising opportunities, public service opportunities, website mgt. (SEO, viral video ideas), etc... Any local media contacts would be HUGE. I'd love to hear about outlets that have worked in the past, current opportunities, and benchmarks people would like to see for the future. Any and all ideas welcome. Lastly, does anyone have a good photo from the Red/blue game we could use to put up on the website? I'd let to get something to Jason this week.
