LSR Residents,
Howdy! I hope everyone finds themselves well on this beautiful Friday!!!

Five of us have started a walking group on Monday and Wednesday nights at 8pm. It's pretty convenient because four of us live on Autumn Terrace and pick one up on Limestone Pass. We walk approximately 3.25 miles using the small and large loops in our community.

We would like to extend the invitation to anyone in the community who would like a walk/run buddy. There's nothing formal about the group...
-if you see us, feel free to jump in the group
-if you want to meet at the park to get the full experience, meet us at 8:05ish
-walk/run what you are comfortable doing. Stop when you've had enough
-join us for one or both days
-ladies, gentleman, kids and dogs are welcome!

Great conversation and laughter makes for HAPPY HEARTS and speedy workouts - time flies when you're having fun!
