According to today's Florida Today newspaper, a fisherman rescued a
small dog treading water about 2 miles from shore in Tampa Bay on
Thursday morning. Dog has a chip but the owner hasn't been located.
People involved are assuming she fell overboard at night.

Dog had a red collar with the name "Baby" written in rhinestones. The
dog is brown, about 18 inches tall and 20 to 30 pounds. Not sure of the
breed; appeared to be well groomed.

If you know of any boater who's dog is missing and fits the description,
have them contact the Banfield Pet Hospital in St. Petersburg.
