Since we're not using the US Sailing Rules for scoring this year, how are we
scoring an RAF?
Is an RAF equal to the number of racers +1?
In other words, is an RAF equal to a DNC (Did not compete) or a DSQ
(Disqualification)?

Despite the protest for flying two headsails being dismissed on technical
grounds, Nerosh has taken an RAF (Retired after finish) for the race.
