I have the cover plate apx. Size of normal US elec box with two rectangular holes for the two plugs and the actual recepticles - one std 3 prong with gnd & one 2 prong-no gnd. The recepticles are marked NATIONAL and made in Japan. The cover plate is medium tan inset in a ivory border piece. This was in a PT Trawler. I tried to find matching covers for additional plugs-could not find these so I changed out this one to match the new installed. Just thought someone may want it to match up with others in their boat.
