Covid has spurred a lot of experimentation and exploration with mobile
learning strategies. Today, NSC is publishing a blog post spotlighting a
California Department of Social Services investment in one such strategy.
My guess is that many of you are already familiar with Cell-Ed, but you may
not know this particular story. It's an interesting effort to find a
different way to serve TANF, SNAP E&T, and Refugee Resettlement program
participants.
