2.  Regular mail addressed to:  Wildwood Management Group at 2611

Hello neighbors, I have been reviewing old LSR Discussion emails and just want to clarify some things based on these past emails. Back in 2013, when Dana Green (developer) was still on the LSR Board, her representative, Jeff Hutzler, held one of the 5 BOD positions. He resigned his seat with over a year left on his term. At that time, the BOD appointed a replacement to serve out the remainder of his term and Dana remained on the Board. Once Dana was no longer eligible to be on the Board, the HOA continued with 5 members until sometime in late 2016. I have an email dated 09/27/2016, “signed” by LSR BOD whose members, at the time were: Tom Angotti- President Reid Cain- Vice President Dianne Sutton- Secretary/ Treasurer Mike Smith- Director Greg Anderson- Director Sometime after 9/27/2016, possibly during the 2016 annual meeting, the number of board members changed to 3. I could not locate any emails from later in 2016 but Wildwood should have records as they were our management company at the time. I feel confident this change occurred in late 2016 because I have an email dated 1/17/2017 signed” by LSR BOD whose members, at the time, were: Tom Angotti- President Reid Cain- Vice President Greg Anderson- Secretary I also have an email from Leslie Rueter (Wildwood) dated 3/5/2015 advising of a 5th BOD opening. This email was after Dana and Jeff (developers) left LSR BOD. We have lived in LSR since Jan 2008 and I realize there are many “new” residents who are not aware of the history. Serving on the Board is a thankless job, so my guess is that no one volunteered to fill the 2 open positions at the time the 2 developer board members left. My sharing this info is in no way meant to cause issue or disparage the current 3-member Board, who have done a phenomenal job over the years. I am sharing this info because I believe it’s ALWAYS important to be informed. I look forward to tonight’s meeting!
