I understand that we all make mistakes and get distracted, but this morning, a small silver/gray Toyota with license plate starting with GTC came from Woodland Pass and turned onto Autumn Terrace. Not only did they not stop but they didn't even slow down. A friend and I were walking right there and I was glad we were not crossing the street at the time as we would've been hit. I'm assuming that since the bus had just come to pick up some kids for school that this was a teenager who was late for school. Please speak to them. There are almost always people running or walking around our neighborhood, kids as well as adults, please be mindful of the traffic laws. I hate to call people out, but I just can't imagine if someone were to be hit.
