Quorum was achieved by mail-in ballots and those voting in person. Thank you to departing Board member, Greg Gransberry, for his service to Vuecrest. 2015 AssessmentWith the approved operating budget comes an annual assessment of $365 per property. Assessments will soon be mailed and are due by January 31st. Thank you. Keep Vuecrest SafeA word of caution to our residents exiting Vuecrest at the east entrance from Belfair. Take extra time to look for vehicles traveling along 100th Ave NE who do not slow or stop for the blinking red light. There have been several near accidents at this intersection as vehicles run the flashing light at high speeds. Please go slow and be safe! Call for Meeting HostsThe calendar for 2015 is wide open! We welcome any neighbor, and especially our newest neighbors, to host a meeting and meet your Directors and Committee chairs. Meetings are typically held the first Thursday of every month from 7-9pm.
