Good news, Bad news.

To all Quinn teammates, supporters, and women that let them play:

Good news is.. I'm no longer a lazy deadbeat.

Bad news is.. My profession is taking me away from Denver.

It has been a real privilege serving the club and learning these past few
years. Moving to a new city, meeting new people, and living life was an
incredible experience that I will always be proud of.

I'd like to thank each and everyone of you for putting up with my shitty
tackling and phenomenal speed. Thank you for the lessons on and off the
field, the memories, and those late nights at the bar. This is an
experience I will never forget and wish on those lonely nights that I could
return to. This team is more than the positional play and who gets to
start.. it's about the people who make the culture great.

For the new guys, stay with it. This game, this club, is worth it's
weight in gold. Get involved, make changes, speak up, and at the same time,
listen. Everyone on the team is willing to help you out. Everyone on the
team will push you to be a competitor. Everyone will make sure you are
doing good. The culture of the Quinns' is built by those in the club..
forged on the field we get to share blood split, for that next try, and the
exhausted feeling you get on defense. To you, new guy, just stick with it.

To the veterans and formative people that have shaped me as a rugger, a
teammate, and a better human being overall..
Thank you. I'm still looking
forward to the the Santa Barbra trip and the random tournaments throughout
the year.

I wouldn't be the man I am today without this club. I have a memory, or
lack thereof, for every single person affiliated with this amazing
organization. Everyone I have come into contact with has made me better.

Love is not a word I care for, nor use often, but I love calling myself a
Quinn.

This club is what you make it. The wins, the losses, the bad ass tackles
delivered.. go forth and kick ass.

Thank you all so much for being a part of my life, I cant express how much
it means to be a part of this club and having a group of people to call
friends.. brothers. I wish all the best moving forward and will be an
active supporter throughout my lifetime.

I love each and everyone of you, so lets celebrate my gainful employment in
the backwoods of Arkansas (Arkan-saw)! Invite everyone you know in the
greater denver area. Hide your kids, hide your wives (don't hide your
wives, bring them too).. we are gonna do it up right for my farewell. No
costumes, no flair, just the people I love and a metric ton of whiskey.

Thanks to everyone who made it out, the phone calls, and well wishes. Can't tell if I was more hungover from all the whiskey or AD's karate kicks, but I'm sure it was an epic time. It meant so much to have everyone there! If I didn't get a chance to say goodbye or chat a bit, I'm always available. Thanks again and I'll be sure to keep up with all of you in the Twitter-verse.

If you happened to make it by the house for the night cap, you may have grabbed my hoodie by accident and I'd really like to show it off. Check yours and let me know if you have it!

Thanks again fellas, it's always a great day to be a Quinn.
