you can see the construction photo albums at

it's called a "Pilot Cruiser(tm)"
drawn by a wooden schooner designer
built by a racing multihull builder in composite

the nav-arch is also a 500 ton USCG master
with sail endorsement, does USCG stability work,
and is port captain for "Clipper City" out of Baltimore

it's a lot like a "fast trawler" except it cruises 25kts

we call it a "high endurance coastal cruiser"
"Halifax to the Turks & Caicos"
1100 gallons of fuel, only 47,000 heavy ship
56.5' on deck, 16' @ rub-rails, 14' @ chine

due "summer", and when i push, they add "this year" (grin)
