Hello,
Please remember that in order to Race on Wednesday Nights you need a valid
2013 PHRF Certificate.
Unlike previous years there will be no grace period. Also it is not simply
an issue of not being scored. Please do not start unless you have a valid
certificate.
As we are a "self-policing" sport, I urge racers with valid certificates
to raspberry anyone attempting to race without valid certificate until
they leave the racing area.
Seriously, get your PHRF Certificate before we need to resort to even more
Python-esque tactics of enforcing the rules. It's really not fair to the
other racers.

In addition to a PHRF, doesn't one also need to be a paid-up member of the
Cruising Fleet to be scored?
If so, attached is the 2013 membership form to be mailed to Fleet Treasurer
Karen Horton.
