Has anyone been up the Apalachicola river, from Apalachicola, to the Chattahoochee river, to Columbus Ga ? We are in the planning stages of going from Montgomery Ala to Columbus Ga, this spring. That will be down the Ala river to Mobile river, to Mobile Bay, to the ICW east, to Apalachicola, and north. We are estimating a 1,000 miles and six dams to end up 80 miles from home.
