Yes the high school bus has now left because it couldn’t enter the subdivision to pick up the kids. Thank you, Greg, for your fast action on this! Is there a back up system in place (like a manual release) on the front gate so if this happens again, someone can go hit the release? I agree, mechanical devices will fail without notice but we should not have to rely on one mechanical device. I sure don’t want a Mechanical failure to cause major problem for EMS or Fire to get into this community. With only one way in, I sure hope there is a backup plan in place that all residences know about. If there is a backup plan, what is it and can the HOA publish it so we all know?
