Lately our indoor/outdoor cat seems to be spending long stretches of time away from our home. She is super sweet and friendly and used to come home when we called her. It makes me think she may be spending time at someone else’s home. If anyone is taking her in, please know she belongs to us and will come home, so please leave her outside. We live at 27626 Autumn Terrace. thank you!
Cats don’t belong outside. It’s probably the same one that pees on our plants. Please be a more responsible and respectful pet owner. We all try to do our part.

Sometimes irresponsible people in rural areas simply abandoned their pets and luckily someone might adopt them and take care of them but by then they have become accustomed to life outside whether we like it or not. Those kind souls should be thanked, not chastised. In my seventy years I have not seen a cat pee on a plant .

Patti,
Thank you for sharing your opinion. We were shocked to hear such a disappointing and disrespectful response to a neighbors request for help with their missing pet.

Sorry, not trying to be disrespectful. Cats outside are vulnerable to be hit by cars, dangers from wild life around us and disease. My only interest was protecting the animal.

"Cats #1 Threat to Birds
In the United States alone, outdoor cats kill approximately 2.4 billion birds every year. Although this number may seem unbelievable, it represents the combined impact of tens of millions of outdoor cats. Each outdoor cat plays a part."
Our last cat was ripped apart by coyotes. Not a great sight to see. No more cats here.
Funny to watch neighborhood emails coming across all hours of the night (:
