Can't hangup call in PJSUA.

I'm running PJSUA from the 2.4.5 release.

I make a number of calls successfully. But, sometimes I make a call and
the remote server quickly kills the call (I see the INVITE, then 100,
then quickly a BYE).

When this happens the GUI shows there is 1 active call.

If I try and hang it up, I get an error message "pjsua_call.c ..Failed
to send end session message: Object already exists (PJ_EEXISTS)
[status=70015]"

I tried 'ha' and I get the same message.

How do I get rid of this call?
