THIS WEEK IN TRI CLUB (September 21-27)!
Fall arrives this week (Tuesday 9/22, 9:31amEDT), so you have one more
chance this summer to take in an official club workout at Monday night's
SVY indoor swim! Then we'll kick things off for the autumn with a Tuesday
morning swim taking place during the first hour of fall! As there is
limited capacity for our swims (24 for Monday night and Sunday morning and
8 for Tuesday and Friday mornings), please use our swim workouts attendance
survey to indicate whether or not you will be there... Also, update for
Tuesday and Friday swims... Don Schlichtmann is NOT able to lead the
workouts this week, so both will be UNCOACHED group workouts; we've updated
our survey to indicate this... If you had previously indicated that you
were planning to attend (Joyce and Holly for Tues and Joyce Williams and
Kristen for Friday, please go back to the survey and recheck the new
options).
Also, if you cannot make our club swim workouts, take advantage of some of
the many opportunities available to you from our club sponsors, French
Creek Racing and Mid-Atlantic Multisport (who is offering their final OWS
of the year this Wednesday evening)! For more details see...

And please note that this week's evening club rides (Tuesday and Thursday)
have been bumped up to 5:45pm and will be about an hour in duration due to
earlier sunsets. We're in our final two weeks of outdoor evening rides, so
take advantage before we move back indoors!
We also have a couple of club events taking place over the weekend with
Gators participating in both!
Finally, if you have not already done so, don't forget to register for the
fall Gator Fitness Challenge, which begins in two weeks on Monday, October
5! See the post under "Announcements" and post a comment if you'd like to
join the 40+ Gators already signed up!
Just a reminder to please observe social distancing before, during, and
after our workouts and always have a mask with you as those are the best
way to ensure that we can continue to offer club cycling, running, and swim
workouts.

We'll start by going 29 minutes that way, take a 1 minute break, and then
we'll turn around and go 30 minutes the other way... Hopefully that'll put
