Ross's Goose (Elgin): One bird was reported at Aylmer WMA on October 17.
Ross's Goose (Hamilton): The two juveniles continued at Bayfront Park
October 16-22.
Ross's Goose (Thunder Bay): Three birds continued along the Thunder Bay
waterfront until October 16.
Greater White-fronted Goose (Bruce): One bird was at Ripley Sewage Lagoons
October 20-21. Another or the same bird was seen near Armow on October 22.
Greater White-fronted Goose (Chatham-Kent): Two birds flew over Lake St.
Clair NWA on October 21.
Greater White-fronted Goose (Grey): Two birds flew over near Meaford on
October 19.
Greater White-fronted Goose (Huron): One bird continued at Exeter Sewage
Lagoons from last week on October 17.
Greater White-fronted Goose (Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry): One bird was
near St. Albert on October 18 and another or the same was near Lafleche
Landfill on October 22.
COMMON EIDER (Northumberland): One bird was reported at Wicklow Beach on
October 17.
Harlequin Duck (Lambton): One bird was at Kettle Point on October 16.
Eurasian Collared-Dove (Thunder Bay): One bird was coming to a feeder in
Marathon, first reported October 17 and seen at least again on October 18.
Red Phalarope (Halton): One bird was photographed off Shell Park in
Oakville October 18.
Long-tailed Jaeger (Norfolk): One bird was seen at the tip of Long Point on
October 17.
Pacific Loon (Simcoe): At least one bird continued off Barrie this week,
with reports October 17, 20, and 22 off of Minet's Point (17 and 20) and
Heritage Park (22).
BROWN BOOBY (Hamilton): The booby continues! It was seen off Van Wagner's
Beach on most days this week, as recently as October 22.
American White Pelican (Essex): Two birds flew over Holiday Beach on
October 16.
Snowy Egret (Elgin): One bird stopped briefly at Port Burwell on October 16.
Snowy Egret (Norfolk): One bird was photographed at Old Cut on October 17.
Cattle Egret (Algoma): One bird was at Horseshoe Bay October 21-22 and
another was at Echo Bay October 22.
Cattle Egret (Bruce): One bird was photographed north of Wiarton on October
21.
Cattle Egret (Chatham-Kent): One bird was at Ridgetown Sewage Lagoons
October 17-19.
CATTLE EGRET (Cochrane): One bird was reported south of Nighthawk Lake on
October 19.
Cattle Egret (Haliburton): Two birds were near Minden on October 19.
Cattle Egret (Lennox and Addington): One bird was near Bath on October 17.
Cattle Egret (Peterborough): One bird flew over the Lakefield Sewage
Lagoons on October 18.
Black Vulture (Hamilton): One bird was at various locations in Dundas
October 20-22
White-eyed Vireo (Norfolk): One bird was banded at the tip of Long Point
October 20.
LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE (Thunder Bay): One bird was photographed in Thunder Bay
on October 19.
Nelson's Sparrow (Chatham-Kent): Up to two birds were at Keith McLean CA
October 16-17.
Nelson's Sparrow (Norfolk): Two birds were at the tip of Long Point October
21.
Nelson's Sparrow (Toronto): One bird was at Colonel Sam Smith Park October
18-21 and another was at Tommy Thompson Park October 20.
Nelson's Sparrow (York): One bird was photographed at Reesor Pond in
Markhawm October 16.
Yellow-headed Blackbird (Chatham-Kent): Two birds were at St. Clair NWA
October 17.
BLACK-HEADED GROSBEAK (Greater Sudbury): One bird was photographed at a
private residence outside of Sudbury October 15 and seen again at least
October 16.
