Vuecrest Monthly Board Meeting REMOTE ACCESS Info Below Thursday, February 3rd at 6:00P
Owner/Renter Information
Most of the renters in Vuecrest have plans to stay a while, so we’d love to get to know them. Did you realize that renters are welcome to join our Vuecrest committees like Social, Landscaping, and Safety? It’s a great place to get involved and meet the neighbors. Please let your renters know that they are welcome to join us and be part of the community. Also, make sure to register them with our HOA for all safety concerns. Go to Vuecrest.net, click on Covenant and by-laws, scroll down to Policy Documents and click Rental Property Policy for an easy to fill out form to send to the HOA.
Back in the Saddle
Lea Sorgen has once again agreed to step into a vital Vuecrest HOA position. We welcome her back with open arms as the HOA board Secretary. Such a delightful, multi-skilled human! We’re also very thankful for Nancy Dale who graciously filled the Secretarial gap last year. You will be missed.
In-Process
Seems like there are lots of items on backorder or in short supply these days. So, if you happen to be in the middle of a landscape or architectural project it can be a real headache. If you need to change materials because your options are few, be sure to contact vuecrestarchitecturecommittee@outlook.com mailto:vuecrestarchitecturecommittee@outlook.com to let the HOA know that your approved materials will need to be altered. Once resubmitted, they will work quickly to get you back on track.
Street Lights
As a community, Vuecrest takes care of painting and cleaning our vintage street lights, but the operational working maintenance of the lights belongs to the City of Bellevue. If you notice that any of them are not working properly (take note of the number on the light) and report it on the Bellevue City App or call them directly. They are usually quite prompt in getting them back in working order.
Assessment Payment Process
This is so easy. You can get this done in five minutes and forget about it until next year!
Online Assessment Payment Option:
