Good afternoon, everyone, A member is renegotiating their legal research contract with Westlaw. Their current per-user pricing for Edge they currently have is nearly 3 times the expense a nearby government entity is paying for the same service, and the proposed price increases presented by Westlaw exceed the members budget authority. Westlaw's pricing for their new Precision/Precision AI product does not appear to be as transparent or easy to determine as their Edge pricing is for government entities. The member would like to know what others who are using either Edge or Precision/Precision AI are paying per-user or per-month and how many users that covers so that they may attempt to negotiate a more reasonable rate with Westlaw.
