Announcement of new edition Sailing Directions (Pub. 125 & Pub. 173)

The new edition of Pub. 125, Sailing Directions (Enroute) West Coast
of South America (13th Edition 2013) and the new edition of Pub. 173,
Sailing Directions (Enroute) India and the Bay of Bengal (12th Edition
2013) have been announced in Notice to Mariners 31/2013. The
publications can now be accessed on NGA's Maritime Safety Web site
(http://msi.nga.mil/NGAPortal/MSI.portal).
