This 1996 55' Fleming sank to the salon floorboards in one of the Florida
hurricanes, and is now located in Fort Lauderdale. Asking price is $450,000.
It was purchased by a knowledgeable yachtsman who had many yachts before
this one as a rebuild project. Both engines were replaced with 450
horsepower Cummins engines that were purchased as factory rebuilds. They
were installed in the boat a few years ago but are no longer in warranty,
although they have zero hours, as the boat has never been launched. The
generator was replaced with a new  21 kw Phasor which also has zero hours
and will have at least a 90 day warranty after the vessel is launched. The
project is not complete, the wiring and circuit breaker panels were all
replaced but the wiring has not been connected to the panels. There are no
batteries or battery chargers. New electronics have been installed but they
are not wired. New air conditioning units were installed, water pumps, water
heater, bow thruster motor and much more. The entire boat was painted by a
high quality painter.  The seller has experienced heath problems and does
not want to finish the project, which may cost from $50,000 to $75,000 or
more.  All legitimate offers will be presented to the seller.

Send an email to me for many pictures and more information and see a few
pictures on my personal website www.yachtbrokerguy.com
http://www.yachtbrokerguy.com/ . This is an incomplete project that can
not be sea trialed as is. The buyer will need to have surveys done and
investigate as much as possible.
