We're hiring! The City of Tacoma is seeking a Division Manager for the Office of Arts & Cultural Vitality (OACV). The ideal candidate is a dynamic, values-driven, visionary individual who is creative, proactive, results-oriented and displays strong operations, budget, and leadership expertise. They will have a demonstrated commitment to equity and social justice and prior experience supervising and directing a team of dedicated staff for a governmental or non-profit cultural agency.
The OACV supports the cultural sector in Tacoma in a variety of ways including funding programs, public art, community engagement, professional development, and support of the creative economy. The OACV has two branches - Arts and Tacoma Creates - and is deeply committed to inclusion, equity, and access across all its programs.
