Hello All. The new Open Meetings Teleconferencing Act requires Council members to see and hear each other. My City has given iPads to Council members.
iPads only show 6 members in Gotomeetings.com which is the technology we have figured out so far.

A laptop or PC allows ALL Council to be seen. Any input is helpful.

Only if it is a videoconference. Teleconference can be used for audio only.

Honestly don’t see this as a huge legal issue - the meeting software allows them to see/hear and it would only be their device that limits the # they can see to 6. Since it’s provided by the city maybe an argument could be made, but I’m not sure how strong it would be since the functionality is there. I wonder if they can toggle between people for the 6 that will show up or if you can set it up so that the speaker is visible.
