Stephen, Thank you for reminding us of that information of how 3 positions was the original intent . I recall the frustration of having the developer and her associate have 2 votes that were not necessarily in the best interest of the residents. It is much better now that the 3 board positions are filled by homeowners/residents who are personally vested in our community.
