Not that anyone is going to drive out today to see this bird but the Black-headed Gull has been reported today (1 December). It was seen at the Queenston Docks at 7:30 and the Whirlpool Gorge around 11:00 a.m., neither report making it to OntBirds.

The Black-headed Gull is still at the whirlpool at Niagara Falls. We are seeing it from the lookout at the Whirlpool Cable Cars along Niagara Parkway at the north end of Niagara Falls. There was also an adult Little Gull seen here a few times, and the rain has stopped for the most part.
Good birding,
