Members,
In what I assume is an effort not to be outdone by Harper Lee, the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education has announced that they are releasing their (very) long-awaited report “Making Skills Everyone’s Business: A Call to Transform the Adult Learning in the United States” on February 17th. Some of us have been invited to participate in a conference call that day to discuss the report release, and I am awaiting word as to whether I can pass that invitation along to all NCL members.
