VIRTUAL GATOR FITNESS CHALLENGE UPDATE (through day 3 of week 7):
We've achieved triple digits through Wednesday (and guessing more to come
on what you achieved yesterday)! Today looks like the best day by far of
the next 3 to get something done outside, plus we are offering another
early evening set of workout options with Heather Williams Bloodworth...
You can select one or both... Yoga (6:30pm-7:15pm) and Meditation
(7:30pm-8:00pm); see "Events" for more information including a registration
link... So far there are over a half dozen planning to participate
(including my inflexible self and my much more flexible son)... Join us!...
