Gators Fall (October-December) Workout Calendar

Hello Gators,
In case you did not catch our Facebook post...
GATORS FALL (October-December) WORKOUT CALENDAR!
What's the best way to ensure that you meet your weekly fall Gator Fitness
Challenge goals? Easy... Attend our club workouts! The October-December
workout calendar each week includes...

  • 6 opportunities to meet the swim goal
  • 3 opportunities to meet the bike/spin goal
  • 2 opportunities to meet the run goal
  • 1 opportunity to meet the strength/core/flexibility goal

You can actually complete your entire week of commitments by Tuesday night
just by attending club workouts!
And that doesn't include anything you do on your own!
Attached is the club workout calendar for October through December.
What's the same (as the June to September calendar)?

  • Monday night run workouts
  • Monday/Wednesday night and Tuesday/Thursday morning swim workouts
  • Occasional Saturday morning outdoor bike rides (through November)

What's changed?

  • Spin/Strength/Core/Flexibility workouts are back on Tuesday nights
    starting October 1!
  • Uncoached group swims are back on Thursday mornings, 5am-6am (starting
    October 3) and Sunday mornings, 8am-9am (starting October 6)! Note that we
    will do a survey to ensure there is enough interest to sustain these.
  • Indoor Trainer rides will resume on Saturday mornings starting in
    December!
  • NEW for Thursday nights... We're going to try something new...
    Facebook live video instructor led "virtual trainer rides". The first will
    take place on October 3... Watch for more details coming soon! And if that
    isn't enough, we're going to also try some virtual Zwift rides as well as
    possibly mix in some additional spin sessions on Thursdays... More details
    coming on this as well!
