Historical Markers
We’re all part of history, but now it’s official. We have claimed our vintage in 2022! Check out the signs and let us know what you think. Maximum credit goes to Vuecrest Director Rob DeRider for the idea and implementation of the project. It’s been two years in the making. Way to go, high five, Rob!
A Vuecrest Visitor
Three days ago during my neighborhood walk around at 8:00A. I was surprised to see a dog walking on its own around the esplanade on Park Road. Then, I was even more surprised when it came closer and I noticed that it was not a dog, but a coyote! Blood pressure raised. With our abundance of neighborhood rabbits and rats, there’s plenty of snack food available. So, their presence is somewhat inevitable. Just be aware, we’re not completely city folk.
Dog Walking in Vuecrest
Our idyllic, little neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk your puppies and many of us enjoy watching them stroll our streets. We just request that all pet owners respect everyone’s property. And, if you happen to see a visitor not picking up after their dog, please don’t be shy, and ask them to take responsibility for their pet. The gardeners of the neighborhood will thank you!
Upcoming Bellevue Activities
A few “don’t miss” summer Bellevue activities are up and running again! Make sure to take advantage of these fun opportunities in your own backyard.
Bellevue Family July 4th Fireworks and Fun in the Park July 4th. (Great views from Vuecrest!)
Bellevue Arts Fair July 30th - July 31st.
In addition, there are lots of local artist music concerts during the week throughout the city. Tuesdays and Thursdays 12-1P, and Wednesday 11:30-1:30P. Be prepared to have fun!
