Also included are new drapes throughout, area carpets, chairs, table and sofa. The sofa folds out as a sleeper if needed. All cushions throughout the boat have been recovered as has the sofa. There is a deck access door in the salon. The fully enclosed sundeck and upper bridge give lots of extra space to enjoy dining and entertaining. The sundeck has two tables and four over-sized swivel chairs. The cockpit adds a significant safety factor for dinghy boarding or snorkeling and swimming. The generator is located in the cockpit lazarette. This location allows for very quiet generator operation. The cruising speed allows for weather avoidance and the well-constructed hull can pound through heavy seas in relative comfort. We did so on Lake Ontario, the Chesapeake and the Bahamas flats. This is a boat built for year-round cruising or as a dockside liveaboard. All windows (including windshields) have been removed and replaced with custom frames and glass. The fixed windows in the master stateroom have been replaced with opening windows for added ventilation and safety escape if needed. The large fixed window between the salon and sundeck has been replaced with an opening window as well. This allows for additional ventilation as well as for use as a buffet table in the sundeck when open.
