Today, July 29th will kick off our first movie in the park.

The Boss Baby  will be the first movie.  We will start at dusk, approximately 8:30pm.  This movie is the latest release and we are showing it tonight.

Sunny has been out early today setting up the screen and preparing tonight's event.  We want to thank Sunny for his subservient attitude and dedication to setting up the venue over the last 8-10 years.  Thank you Sunny.  I have copied Sunny in this email.  Take time to personally thank him.

We also are looking for volunteers to take over this critical part of our neighborhood events.  If you are interested, contact the BODs.

Back to the movies.

There's plenty of room for everyone so come early and spend time before the movie starts visiting with family, friends and meeting some of our newer families who have made our great community their home.

A Reminder……..we have installed the grills for everyone's use in the park.  Just bring your charcoal and family.

Tonight, be sure to bring your own chairs / blankets, drinks / snacks and bug spray so that you can just sit back and enjoy the evening!

Mark your calendars for upcoming scheduled movie nights:

  • Aug. 12th ( Movie to be announced)

  • Aug. 26th ( Movie to be announced)

If you have any questions regarding "Movies in the Park, or have a suggestion for the upcoming movies, please contact the LSR BODs.

See you at the movies!!

Ok, I don't complain about much since I've started living here in LSR.  I'd have to say that the cost increase is significant, considering that it's about 18%Including taxes and all, it's now $18.45, from $68.73.  I'd surely would like an 18% pay raise to cover that cost!
Compare to Tiger, I feel we are being had.  Tiger used to pick up extra cans for nothing, they never charged me for leaving bags of yard waste... I've had 4, 5, up to 7 bags and was never charged extra.  Now we have to drive to the dumpster and it's once or twice a year to do that.  Additionally, having to pay extra cans/bags (I think waste connections allow 1 can overage per month). This is a problem on big holiday weekends...
Not sure about the rest of you but to me that's a huge increase percentage wise, can I afford it... sure but is it right?

I concur with Sunny.

At our previous residence,  Waste Management would pick up bulk items from
each person’s house 2-3 times a year at no extra cost. All you had to do
was call ahead of time. They even had green waste pick up. Something to
think about.

Hi all,
Just wanted to let everyone know we will be pouring concrete in our backyard at the upper Autumn Terrace Cul-De-Sac today. There will be many cars/trucks/pump truck but we will make sure that they are not blocking any driveways or traffic. Thank you for your understanding!

I agree with Sunny too!  Vaquero/Waste Management was worth the inconvenience at $68.73, and even at $73.98 but not at $87.66 for the same minimal service!
