WHAT: Historic Tacoma’s Annual Meeting
WHY: The Annual Meeting will feature an award ceremony saluting
five local development professionals who honor Tacoma’s architectural
past by revitalizing existing buildings through adaptive reuse. These
businesses have been identified and nominated by members of our local
arts community.
WHO IS BEING HONORED*:
- McMenamins Elks Temple
- The Trecento Block on Puyallup Avenue (Rick Semple and Jori Adkins)
- Stonegate Pizza and Rum Bar in South Tacoma
- 7 Seas Brewing (Travis Guterson and Mike Runion)
- The Pochert and Kellogg-Sicker Buildings (formerly Browne’s
Star Grill) on Hilltop
WHEN: Thursday, November 8, 7:00pm – 9:00pm
WHERE: TREE Eco Wood Furniture at 2416 South C Street, Brewery
District in Tacoma
ADMISSION is FREE, and refreshments will be provided.
