One way - Update

Thankfully, there are barricades all the way down the access road so that no one drives in the wrong lane. There is only one lane open each direction.

*If taking a right out of LSR, when you come to the new intersection, the turn-around lane is not yet open. Be cautious that is a 4-way stop now with stop signs (there used to only be a two-way stop). Some lights have been installed but are not yet operational.

Because the turn arounds are not yet open, the traffic at Ralph Fair Road is backed up. They have police officers helping with traffic right now.

The new entrance and exit ramps still have barricades. Maybe they will be open by the end of the day. They've moved pretty quickly so far this morning with the transition.

On top of that, the first entrance onto IH-10 going into town is AFTER
Ralph Fair Road ... the didn't bother to open the /new/ entrance just
south of our subdivision.  That means that everyone from all of the
subdivisions south of here and before Ralph Fair as well as everyone
exiting IH-10 AT Ralph Fair wind up in the queue at the Ralph Fair stop
light!

On top of that, the first entrance onto IH-10 going into town is AFTER Ralph Fair Road ... the didn't bother to open the /new/ entrance just south of our subdivision.  That means that everyone from all of the subdivisions south of here and before Ralph Fair as well as everyone exiting IH-10 AT Ralph Fair wind up in the queue at the Ralph Fair stop light! Thankfully, there are barricades all the way down the access road so

that no one drives in the wrong lane. There is only one lane open each
direction.

*If taking a right out of LSR, when you come to the new intersection,

the turn-around lane is not yet open. Be cautious that is a 4-way stop now
with stop signs (there used to only be a two-way stop). Some lights have

Thankfully, there are barricades all the way down the access road so

that no one drives in the wrong lane. There is only one lane open each
direction.

*If taking a right out of LSR, when you come to the new intersection,

the turn-around lane is not yet open. Be cautious that is a 4-way stop now
with stop signs (there used to only be a two-way stop). Some lights have
been installed but are not yet operational.

Because the turn arounds are not yet open, the traffic at Ralph Fair

Road is backed up. They have police officers helping with traffic right now.

The new entrance and exit ramps still have barricades. Maybe they will

be open by the end of the day. They've moved pretty quickly so far this
morning with the transition.
