Hi everyone I have posted our first ads in the San Antonio and Boerne Craigslist under Community. We will have about 25 homes participating! I will post again mid week. If you want to advertise your address, please feel free to do so. That will help everyone because there will be greater coverage. DO mention specific type items that will draw interested shoppers. Our gate will open at 8 AM. Arms of Hope will send a truck to pick up gently used items, starting at 1 PM. Place mark items and put them at the curb. A receipt will be left on your door. Signs will be posted both outside of the gate and within the community. We have "arrows" to point shoppers to our streets. There will be some at the stop sign and at each street. Remember to have some change and small bills. I suggest at least two people at each home. Do be careful to cover any items in your garage that are not part of your sale. While we have never had any problems, common sense is always a good thing! On a personal note---I am looking for a small bicycle for our 4 1/2 yr old granddaughter who will be here Dec 26-Feb 4. I don't need it now so if you are planning a bicycle Christmas to replace one that is currently in use, I would be happy to buy the used one as soon as the new one is gifted.
