CollectionSpace Community,

We are ready to begin QA for Release 2.5. It would be a great help to
the team if you could assist and take on some of the testing tasks.

Before testing please review the following wiki instructing everyone on
how to properly file a JIRA bug under Community Members:

http://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/collectionspace/Guidelines+for+Filing+a+JIRA+Bug+Report

The full list of tasks is located here:

http://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/collectionspace/2.5+Regression+Testing+Task

To assign a task, simple grab onto the little gray square at the far right
of the row, and drag it under your name or the name of your institution.
Instructions for adding your name to the list are at the top of the page.
Once you've completed the test plan, click the little check box. Please use
the URL http://qa.collectionspace.org for all testing.

Issues can be filed using the project's JIRA instance
http://issues.collectionspace.org. Fill out as much information as you can
about each bug - please be sure to include steps to reproduce, what
browser/OS you are using, and any screenshots (if appropriate). If you have
any trouble using JIRA please feel free to email the list.

Thanks,

Lisa Godwin
