Fellow Municipal Attorneys: I attended the Tulsa Metropolitan Attorneys Meeting yesterday. Several of the attorneys mentioned to me that they were not familiar with OAMA’s website. For that reason, I thought that it might be helpful to provide the link. The website has AWESOME resources, including contact information, Tips of the Month, and a number of videos on topics important to the practice of municipal law. I would encourage you to check out this invaluable resource and also let us know what additional items/videos/information you would like to see on the site. An additional benefit to the videos is their use to educate your elected and appointed officials. It is a wonderful supplement to the Newly Elected Training Program. Whenever I have a new Planning Commission Member or Board of Trustees or Council Member, I provide them with a link to the videos.
