Mike: I am 100% with you. In previous posts and in reference to SSB and
aerial connections I stated that maintenance should be done as if your life
depended on that. The same goes for engine maintenance . You have to be of a mind
set that you have complete trust in your upkeep of the most valuable cruising
asset (the engine) and even though you may have twin engines or get home
setup you cannot ignore one or the other. To do so invites potential disaster.
If you are not able to acquire this mind set then you would be best not to go
