To prepare for Santa’s visit next *Saturday at 10:00*, I need a few elves that can help make his visit memorable. 1). A large chair for him to sit comfortably and would look good in the photos 2) a helper or two that can overlook the craft table. It will be a simple project. 3) Someone to help me with the hot chocolate table. 4) I will place a bin on my front porch tomorrow for the labeled and wrapped gifts for your child from Santa. Santa is coming to Limestone Ranch on *Saturday, December 8th at 10:00.* Please drop off any gifts for your child ($10.00) to my porch. I have a basket to collect the wrapped gifts. I will not be here on Saturday but will have things organized. I need volunteers for these jobs: 1) Pick up hot water traveler jugs from Starbucks on Saturday morning around 9:15. I have already purchased the hot chocolate packets. 2) Set up and take down the hot chocolate bar and cookie table. I will have already purchased the candy canes, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and cookies. 3) We really need a large chair for Santa. 4) Last year, we had a snowflake craft for the kids to make while they waited for Santa. I don't have any volunteers yet to oversee this activity or other activity someone may want to organize.
