Bill,

The lock operator at Erie Lock E2 is in cahoots with us, the Beneteau will
stop at Waterford.  That lock operator is known as Der Vogel in some
circles, where have you seen that name recently?

According to their route map, they don't plan to stop at
Waterford.  Just Albany.
