We appreciate your ideas, your recommendations and your engagement to make this community the best ever. We encourage you as a homeowner to consider being part of the BOD. We have added a link on the home page that will direct you to the letter and the candidate profile form. Note that this profile needs to be completed and returned by this Friday, 8:00 am to be placed on the ballot. We look forward to hearing from you. Your BODs, Tom Angotti, Reid Cain and Greg Anderson Hello, Limestone Ranch Homeowners! The Annual Membership Meeting will be held this year on October 28th. Official notice and invitation will follow. We are excited to once again hold our 2021 Annual HOA Meeting in person at the Fairfield Inn in Boerne, Texas. This year, we will need to elect one (1) board director for a (2) two-year term. If you have interest in joining the Limestone Ranch Board of Directors and would like to be considered as a candidate, please return the candidate profile form by 8:00 am on October 8th to be placed on the ballot. Official Meeting packets that include the ballots will be mailed on October 8th. Please return these ballots by October 26th. Any ballots not received by 5:00 pm on October 26th will not be considered. Election results will be announced at the membership meeting. If there is anything you are hoping will be addressed during the meeting, have any questions, or would like to see a membership vote for any other measure, please let me know and additional business may be placed on the agenda. These ballots will be used for quorum and the official election tally though discussion will be available. These ballots will take the place of any motion or nomination that may have been traditionally introduced on the floor at an in-person meeting.
